      Emotional toll due to the nature of position, high pace and some days are long and non stop with not many breaks, lack of training when starting

      Too many "pros" to list! It's a great place to learn and grow your career while helping families achieve their dreams. Leadership is caring and supportive. Working in a remote environment my manager makes sure our team feels connected and we communicate in a myriad of ways to ensure collaboration and team building among our team. Truly a dream company to work for that also has an important mission. The best of both worlds!
