Easily the best job I've ever had. The leadership overseeing the team genuinely cares about everyone and I've learned more in my first few months than the last few years. Clear attainable pathways to outsized commission checks. The culture is truly shocking in a good way. You join a new company and you keep waiting for the other shoe to drop and at Circle every person you meet, whether they're new or been here for years (very low turnover) is passionate about the mission, product, customers, and company. Having met the whole team at a company offsite (every 6 months, most recently in castle north of Paris. Insane, I know) everyone from the CEO on down is a friendly person that cares about what you have to say and wants to know you. Everyone on the team I want to be friends with. Couldn't be more grateful to work here.

I only get to see the team in person a few times a year!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my job every single day. This is the best company I have ever worked for, and I hope this is the only company I will ever work for again.
