A wonderful place to work. The environment is low stress and the communications from all levels of management have been fantastic. My onboarding process was amazing. So many of my new coworkers (as well as HR and my supervisor) reached out and offered their guidance and expertise to make my transition as easy as possible. That is one of the nicest things about working at Cinteot. Everybody helps everybody to complete the mission. Somehow, they manage this while stressing the importance of a healthy balance between your work and personal life. This is one of the most non-toxic environments I've ever seen. No office politics. No egos. No micromanagement. Just decent folks doing a great job. I feel like the company takes care of itself by taking great care of its employees. It's one of those rare situations where everybody benefits. A veteran-friendly place with an awesome team vibe. Yes, am a very happy camper.
