      Pros

      -Financially Sound - in the world of non-profits Cincinnati Works appears to be more sound than others which I am familiar. -401K, they contribute something like 8%, unheard of and not something I got in my for-profit job. -If you like to wear multiple hats this is a good way to grow skills; alot of room to experiment by just asking.

      Cons

      -Processes could be better defined and in writing -If you are trying to build your career, the hierarchy is flat and may take longer.

      The staff are committed to the Members they serve.

      Cons

      The arrival of a new CEO significantly shifted the organization’s mission, vision, and culture. Advancement opportunities appeared to depend largely on close alignment with executive leadership. Employees who expressed differing perspectives were often marginalized or pushed out of the organization.
