      Pros

      I enjoy the people I work with. The work is manageable and there seems to be opportunity for growth. I appreciate the amount of training available and that I can choose based on my own goals.

      Cons

      The inconsistency with what employees are able to work remotely vs who is not is very frustrating. While most state that there is flexibility and the ability to work from home allows for work life balance, there are some that are not allowed that same opportunity or balance even though they are in the same position.

As far as the work from home flexibility goes, we are reviewing the inconsistency across teams and positions, but there are some positions that we do need to be positioned onsite.       Pros

      well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

      Cons

      No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
