Pros
Cielo holds individuals accountable for their work, but gives them every tool and opportunity to succeed. Some people, especially Recruiters coming from corporate roles, aren't accustomed to that level of accountability and view it as micromanagement. I disagree. I see it as tangible goals, and the opportunity to see in black and white where I'm succeeding and where I may need help in the process, either with my own skills or in getting the management team the data they need to drive better behavior on the client side.
Most people in management and senior management (even execs) have been promoted from within, even outside thier own areas of expertise. There is definitely opportunity to grow and develop, and it's encouraged and supported.
New technology that's being used broadly or being tested in some accounts seems to be looking for the right balance of automation without taking the people out of the process completely where they add the most value.
Cons
Senior executives seem to be a bit "cliquey."
Salary and benefits can be better at larger companies
