The people there are awesome. There is good collaboration among teams. It’s a great starting point for anyone new to Salesforce who wants to get experience with different projects. The managing partner is supportive but may not have much power anymore.
Cons
There is not much opportunity for growth. Many are brought in at a good rate, but you have to fight for raises and bonuses even after proving yourself. Some projects are understaffed and there is not much pushback on larger clients with unreasonable demands.
