Great students and very creative coworkers. Working hours and vacation schedule is excellent.

No raise in 8 years (13 years for Gyeongi Do campus). Little opportunity for advancement. Korean coworkers did not trust our department for several years. We have made advancements in that area over the course of a few years.

Severity is lower than other hospitals

Pay is so so. Some coworkers sestroy unit moods.
