Pros
Great students and very creative coworkers. Working hours and vacation schedule is excellent.
Cons
No raise in 8 years (13 years for Gyeongi Do campus). Little opportunity for advancement. Korean coworkers did not trust our department for several years. We have made advancements in that area over the course of a few years.
