Pros

Outstanding talent in the company. The PS folks are very smart. They make projects successful in extremely tough situations and they do this on a consistent basis. Fun place to work at, outstanding benefits.

Cons

Sales really dropped in the recent times. The implementations are huge and typically there is a lot of finger pointing by the client although it is not your fault.

Pros

The chance to get some exposure to a high tech company that also interacts with some big players. Their clients are well known, and the accounts are fairly substantial. Also, free sodas!

Cons

The lack of upward mobility is pretty bad, I have seen a few people not get the chance they deserve. Also, if you are young and highly energetic, this is not the place for you. No offense to Chordiant, but it is a place where most people are already married with a few kids. If you are looking for a fast-paced, high growth atmosphere, then look elsewhere in the Silicon Valley.
