Pros
The patients are very welcoming and sweet.
Cons
I worked at ChiroSolutions for months, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative. While the provider is passionate about chiropractic care, the workplace culture is toxic, disorganized, and emotionally draining. The job is presented as having reasonable hours, but the reality is much different—employees regularly work much longer than initially led to believe. Despite the demanding workload, the pay is low and does not reflect the expectations placed on staff. There is no structured training, and new employees are left to figure things out on their own as the provider constantly changes expectations. Even if you meet her high demands, she has a pattern of targeting certain employees, particularly those who are more reserved, and holding them to unfair standards. Any attempt to suggest improvements is dismissed, as she refuses to listen to feedback. The dress code is inconsistently enforced—employees can be sent home for minor infractions, while the provider does not always follow the same rules. Additionally, employees are encouraged to build strong relationships with patients but are not allowed to say goodbye if they leave—doing so can even result in being sent home. Perhaps the most concerning issue is the provider’s manipulation and gaslighting. When confronted about unfair treatment, she deflects blame and portrays herself as the victim, making it impossible to have an open and honest conversation. The high turnover rate is a direct reflection of these ongoing issues. If you are considering employment at ChiroSolutions, be aware of the long hours, low pay, lack of leadership, and emotionally exhausting environment. Proceed with caution.
