Mgmt and leads don't hover over you all day, monthly bonus for meeting production goals, opportunities to learn other positions, good hours, no weekends.

not climate controlled so can be cold in winter

Non hard labor position. Steady work, awesome staff, management was very supportive as long as you communicate well, had meetings every Wednesday to stay in the loop of the company.

Pay was low, bonuses were low and taxed
