CMI has meaningful goals with a lot of talented, intelligent people who want to help parents and children.
Cons
Management is awful. Most team meetings are run by one person who talks poorly about other team members (primarily their boss) the whole time. Zero efficiency or consideration of people's times. No organization. Projects take forever to get anywhere. Team morale doesn't exist. Everyone in charge is resistant to change and progress. There is zero emphasis on diversity... The work environment was dull and passive-aggressive, and it made what should have been meaningful work quite painful.
