Fun to work with artists and in amazing venues external partners were reliable and easy to work with

disorganized, no real accountability for anyone ED has no idea what they're doing and is bringing everyone down with them during my time, 4 of 7 full time employees quit due to management from our ED ED would regularly not show up to work but would call in after 5:30pm to yell at us for not staying after work hours to get more done

The musicians were truly wonderful and talented

Executive Director was a micro managing monster and the gossip was insane! He would tell do-workers how I made and blame me for his wage theft. Gossip culture, toxic to the core.
