Pros

-Some staff work hard and genuinely seem to care about what they do.

Cons

-Administrative staff are frequently pulled into clinical duties due to chronic understaffing. -Minimal transparency regarding job expectations and travel requirements during hiring. -A cliquey culture leaves new hires feeling isolated or even bullied. -Testing practices appear focused on reimbursement rather than genuine patient care. -Employees are treated poorly, with little concern for their well-being. -Staff are incentivized with gift cards to leave positive reviews online, I wouldn’t be surprised if the 5-star ratings were part of this practice. -The company experiences a high volume of billing complaints and appeals, suggesting significant issues with their billing practices or communication. -The company refuses to hire credentialed staff to perform testing, instead opting to hire unqualified individuals. -The insurance benefits and PTO accrual are so bad.

Pros

The pros of working at Chicago ENT are the supportive leads, the chance to always learn something new, and the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. It’s a great environment for pre-med and undergraduate students, with hands-on experiences and exposure to real healthcare teamwork.

Cons

The only con is that it can get very busy at times, but that also provides good experience in handling pressure and multitasking.

Pros

This job is an excellent learning environment for this looking to go into medicine. If you have your MD this a place to work between medical school and residency. There are high demands but high rewards and the physicians are more than willing to teach you if you are willing and able. There are opporunities to see office procedures, endoscopies, and participate in research. I would highly recommend this position and especially to those interested in ENT or sleep medicine.

Cons

There is a steep learning curve which you must adjust to. If you are not able to deal with many personalities in a bustling office and multitask.
