Thank you for your feedback, we do always look to improve on our service and where we can make changes we do, we also pride ourselves on having a positive gender split.
Pay too low. Senior management do a poor job of managing department. There are always vacancies, this puts extra strain on the rest of the team, as they have to be covered in addition to usual workload.
