Hyper focused on earning as much EBITDA for the business whilst paying there staff no bonus and creating a system where the sales rep have to track there own bonus and manually work out any discrepancies which 9 times out of 10, their was one. Coupled with having 1 person for the whole business handling commission, you found you didn’t know how much you were earning until the 20th day of the month after which did not prove to be very motivating. Our bonus structure was changed 3 times in 9 months of starting the new roles that were poorly planned with no preplanning to protect their people.
Marketing were non existent
Only provided good/ positive changes when “best companies to work for award” survey was produced.
Used to be a fantastic place to work but hiring the incorrect people in management has chess stuck in bad habits.
