I started at an entry level level position and was able to really grow. I've never been in such a position in order to do so before. Really made me look internally and externally. Its fast pace but it is rewarding. Seeing results really spurred me on. Gave me a great mentality for my future, it's what you make of it though.

It's long and challenging at times.

None really unless you like to be very busy all of the time and take all of the manager calls
