If you just graduated from college, you could work here because you are cheap.
Cons
Pretty old fashion style company and here is full of brown-nose. There is no professional HR staff, so you always can’t get a fair/reasonable feedback. R&R is pretty mess, origination chart keep changing every two to three months, so you will find your supervisor keep changing and you will become confused. They love to monitor all staff behavior from the surveillance camera, HR is control freak. Work here let you feel no future!
