Pros
Good pay for the area. Worked with some very talented and smart people. Not a bad place to work if you can stand all the rules.
Cons
Insane amount of rules and paperwork. Started to feel like I was going to jail everyday instead of work. Operators were among the laziest bunch I have ever worked around.
