Challenging projects, wonderful coworkers, great benefits, family-friendly management. There's a lot to keep me on my toes, and a lot getting done. I've had fun here.

Welcomes for new employees, as well as farewells and departures, have historically been a weakness in our company culture -- but I am seeing good improvements in that area these days, so stay tuned.

I had a great experience working as an intermediary between both management and members in the laboratory. Given the small community (approx 30 employees) I was happy with the way everyone interacted with one another. Everyone was very professional about their work, yet open to lending a hand when needed. Given the proximity to the scientific work being done, even in an administrative role there is a palpable sense that the work is important and the employees are pushing to get the best work done. All levels of the company are constantly being improved upon and management takes your opinions into consideration.

If you are used to the bureaucracy of a large company this will be a very different situation for you.
