Pros

remote and the salary is okay

Cons

No organization, no onboarding, They offer you a team lead job during the interview, Telling you that in a few weeks you'll be leading the team (they say that to ALL new sales people) . Then during your first week you have 'shadowing sessions' which is basically you looking at the screen of others sales people. They dont explay you anything and you can tell they are annoyed to have to do this. No communication in between sales and product or maketing or even in the sales team itself! Which resulst in us not knowing whats in the pipeline with the product, what are the marketing campaigns and where are we with objectives as a "team" in the sales team. To top that, they make you use a software for "tracking time" which is basically a little spy that takes a screenshot of your screen every 5 minutes. It also knows the % of use of your mouse and keyboard. It shows which website you have been looking at and how long you have stayed on it. And this of course has not been said during the interview. Meetings are created on a Sunday and cancelled minutes before the start this is very commun at chekin. Good luck if you're thinking of working with them. Sales people come and go in this company, Only in my short time there I saw 3 people leaving or getting fired.

Pros

- The only pro is that you get a paycheck. - You will learn what a truly dysfunctional and toxic company looks like, so you'll appreciate your next job much more.

Cons

- Extremely Toxic Culture:The management is utterly two-faced and unprofessional. They will smile to your face and then stab you in the back the second you turn around. Gossip, rumors, and covert discussions about employees are the primary management activities. - Paranoid Surveillance: They have a crippling lack of trust and subject every employee to insane levels of surveillance. They use keyloggers, screen monitoring software, and take constant screenshots of your desktop. They are not managing people; they are wardening inmates. Big Brother is watching you every second, which is both demeaning and completely unproductive. - Cowardly Management: Instead of having honest, face-to-face conversations, management prefers to plot in secrecy. Decisions about your career are made behind closed doors based on rumors and personal biases, not your performance. - No Respect for Privacy or Dignity: Treating adult professionals like naughty children who can't be trusted is the core of this company's philosophy. The constant monitoring creates an atmosphere of fear and anxiety, not collaboration or innovation. - Zero Professionalism: The combination of backstabbing and paranoid control makes this place completely unprofessional.
