Pros
It is a cozy firm that covers much about what you need to learn about working in trusts, funds and family offices. Intensive tasks so you know you won't ever spend a second idling. The staff that works there are professional and knows what they're doing with dare I say, decades of experience. If you're one with already preemptive knowledge or passion about this particular field, this is the place you would learn most from.
Cons
I feel like I really only scraped the surface of a lot of things but never got to dive deep into the specifics for me to think that I was able to take away something truly inspiring content-wise. It could be as a result of my genuine lack of interest in this field (something I would realize only later on), or the fact that 2 months is genuinely insufficient to take away anything substantial. Another thing to note is that your supervisor might not be in town during the holidays (which is when most interns will be working) so if you're looking for a supervisor who is more engaged or hands-on, this might not be the place. Most communication is done through email and sometimes things do get slipped through the cracks amongst the hundreds of emails.
