Pros
It's difficult to say if there are any real pros to working here. I guess if you don't like work life balance, the company will give you over time. The issue is that the OT is usually due to poor planning on the companies part. So essentially they will force you to work OT. Some employees worked 60 to 70 hour weeks because of the poor planning and constant turnover.
Cons
Where do I start? The owner likes arguing with managers and team members even on things that don't make sense. He creates a culture where those that throw others under the bus are rewarded, so everyone is consistently calling out others and making their jobs harder. I heard him call a team member stupid over something she didn't know how to do. He called another team member a liar to her face without any evidence to back up his claim. He forced all managers to work 6 days a week and then all employees, only to later complain about blowing the labor budget. The owner doesn't trust anyone that works for him so there are a lot of procedures that causes a lot of extra work for team members. If you bring up the extra work that's due to the trust issues literally everyone says the same thing.....that's the same thing they said. Obviously the owner refuses to listen to his team members, even when it could benefit him. Absolute worst place I've ever worked and highly recommend avoiding.
