      Pros

      People are great. There is always work to be done that is challenging and interesting. Most management has an open door and there is a family feel to the workplace.

      Cons

      Work/life balance could be better. When you are off work you still have to work. Rapid growth has presented challenges for HR and training.

      Cons

      Travel requirements (30-50%); Sometimes 12 hour days; Sometimes in arduous environments (mine sites, oil rigs (offshore, onshore), manufacturing facilities, etc.)
