      Offered quality insurance and financial products, provided good training to new agents, and encouraged agents to find markets that fit with how they want to build their practice.

      Cons

      There was a "Us" vs "Them" atmosphere in the office between some of the older, established agents, and the newly recruited agents just starting out.

      My manager was amazing to work for.

      no room to grow most people work from you but you're expected to be in the office full-time
