Pros
Overall the culture and the perks are nice, going to outings every quarter, happy hours, and lunches etc, the real value of the company comes from trauma bonding with your coworkers through your shared experiences of working here
Cons
The fun outings and happy hours and events often feel like an excuse to get employees drunk and forget about the terrible meat grinder the last two and a half to three months were Every quarter they assign personal goals to employees seemingly at random without discussing with the employees on where they want to go or how a quarterly goal will help them get there the bottom dollar is the most important thing to the company and it’s masked by a facade of culture comes first when in reality the pay is 20% below the market average for the majority of the positions the PTO time and WFH policy is terrible and the work life balance doesn’t exist while they enforce a feel bad policy constantly stating they want A+ players working for an A+ company which is to say if you don’t want to spend every minute of your time and every ounce of your energy scrubbing the bottom of the barrel devoting your entire life and mental health to them you don’t deserve the crumbs they give you
