No pros really during the interviews.

They treat you like a sales pitch. Expect you to make a decision then and there even when you say that you have other opportunities to look into. They snuffed off my questions or flat out ignored them. No real connections made, just got the bare minimum details and felt like I was thrown to the side. You really need to know your questions and what to ask to get any valuable information.

People are young, positive. The office is small but the environment seems okay.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU A COLLEGE GRAD AND TRYING TO GET A DECENT OFFICE JOB. This place is not a typical office where you work in a office. They say you have to start as an entry level doing door to door sales and get commissions from how many contracts you make per week. This is a pyramid structure company and you MUST do door to door sales then maybe you can move onto the next position which still requires you to do door to door sales. Ridiculous.
