As a freelancer, the staff at Charisma has welcomed me as an equal part of the team, and have provided me an opportunity to contribute and grow within my own field. I appreciate the professional ambiance of the work atmosphere, while the management's ability to sustain a high level of esprit de corps.
Cons
Specific to my role as a product photographer, limited studio space. It can be a challenge on certain shoot sessions, but we always manage to get the job done.
