Flat management structure. The CEO is always eager to chat with you about anything. Everyone here is super smart, talented, and passionate so there is always something new to learn. Sales team is fantastic. Great salary, good benefits, a little short on PTO.

With a flat management structure, there really isn't any room for a career advancement.

The company is full of incredibly smart, supportive people that all care about each other personally. You get to work on a very diverse set of problems with a very diverse set of techs on teams both big and small. Plenty of opportunity to learn new things from people that are already talented in them while still making a big impact on well-known products, while still maintaining a significant ability to choose what you work on. The culture remains remote-first, though there's an office if you prefer, and there's frequent team building events for those both remote and in person

Cons are generally hard to think of, but the company can occasionally be somewhat siloed into the teams for each client, and you might be able to make a bit more money if you work for the client directly (though I'm by no means underpaid as-is)
