Rest of Senior Management - Associates are grandfathered in and do little to no work and are entitled Contracts are poorly written and unclear Deadlines are unreasonable and unrealistic They use people (project designer and junior staff) to do all the work and don't compensate them for the double time they work, poor leadership, poor mentorship Office is tight and not fun, clinical environment Budgets are low Projects are NOT high end DO NOT WORK HERE AWFUL, condescending partners totally negative environment not worth it
