Pros

Good benefits and 401K matching plan, many opportunities for growth and development, flexibility with work schedule including work from home options.

Cons

The campus I worked at had a very toxic work environment. We lost many good employees because of a few bad seeds. Certain divisions displayed favoritism for promotions. Corporate made decisions that were often hard to implement or impractical for those at the campus level. I think too many new campuses were opened too quickly out of greediness, and it caused a lot of stress. DeVry Education Group leans heavily on the success of the Chamberlain Nursing program, and there were concerns about the future of the corporation as a whole especially after several rounds of layoffs.

Pros

I've spent many years at Chamberlain, and one of the main reasons is the opportunity for growth. If you're looking for a career rather than just a job, there are clear advancement opportunities at both the enrollment representative and leadership levels. The culture is performance-driven but also coaching-focused, with strong investment in training and development. Chamberlain has strong brand recognition, which makes conversations with prospective students meaningful and rewarding.

Cons

The pace can be demanding during peak enrollment periods, and success requires adaptability as priorities and processes evolve.
