Friendly coworkers and hybrid schedule, but poor management - Buyer/Planner Chain Link Services Employee Review

Very competitive benefits, all employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, free lunch among other perks. I enjoy working for a company that continues to grow amidst the pandemic, truly cares about their employees, the uniqueness of their business and its position in the food service industry.

It can get really busy at times. Its digital foot print is not reflective of what the company is truly about and has to offer.

Supervisor does not micromanage and gives me the freedom to complete my tasks the way I want.

Not much work/life balance and training is pretty non existent. You learn from trial and error. Lack of communication between departments and warehouse.
