lovely colleagues, pleasent atmosphere in the store, good hours opens 9-6 monday to saturday, closed sundays, everyone is respected, everyone is given a fair chance

older colleagues are treated differently to younger colleagues which is unfair for younger staff. hard to get any raise in salaries or any promotions
