100% remote work offers flexibility that can't be matched, and you're trusted to get your work done wherever and whenever works for you. As a small startup, decisions are made quickly and work gets done without the slow down and analysis paralysis of a large organization.

Cons

Can feel a little disconnected when currently, all team meetings only occur on a monthly basis.

Great Pay and 401k, Unlimited Pto, and medical benefits. Fully remote. Great and amazing people to work with. A lot of potential career growth inside the company.

Pros

I've worked for Certificial for over a year now and I've loved every second of it. You're trusted in your work, no micromanaging and completely remote. Certificial has a strong team who are all friendly with one another. Matching 401k, Health Benefits and Unlimited PTO. The company is always improving rather than running in place or moving backwards. I don't ever wake up saying to myself "Ugh, I don't want to work today". Certificial is an awesome place to work at!
