Pros
The head of the company is nice and understanding if there are scheduling issues. Some of the agents are very chill and patient.
Cons
Because the upper management is afraid to lose top agents, agents run roughshod over the employees, specifically the top-earners. Very toxic work environment as a result, I would avoid like the plague.
