      Pros

      Fair compensation, self-starters are rewarded. You really feel valued and are paid for what you're contributing. Overall great workplace.

      Cons

      As with all real estate jobs, there is no salary - you work on commission only. This is good when you're doing well, but it can be tough to start out.

      Commission splits are high, franchise fees, CRM is available but poor quality, website is available but poor quality, outdated
