      Great motivational leadership who work to help employees be great people and realtors.

      Cons

      Difficult to get started because of the amount to be paid to the organization from each commission. Other companies require much less.

      Good work structure, CRM included, online learning is decent

      Commission splits are high, franchise fees, CRM is available but poor quality, website is available but poor quality, outdated
