      Pros

      Century 21 is one of the best real estate brokerages out there. They have great training for real estate agents to becomes successful.

      Cons

      There are no cons with working for century 21. Everyone is a independent contractor. Staff members are very helpful. Great company to join especially if you are just entering the real estate business!

      Good work structure, CRM included, online learning is decent

      Cons

      Commission splits are high, franchise fees, CRM is available but poor quality, website is available but poor quality, outdated
