Everyone talks behind everyone’s backs, my boss didn’t want to try to listen to my problems, didn’t bother to understand how I felt or was going through, or even bothered to help me. Lack of integrity, lack of trust, lack of everything integral to a company’s success. My mental health got ruined here.
