      Very corporate culture, despite being a nonprofit Upward mobility is somewhat hampered, people stay in the same role for years and years

      - flexible - understanding - fun events - company is working on cool projects

      - pay is lower but its a nonprofit! and the flexibility given outweighs this in my opinion

      This position provides outstanding experience for individuals seeking to improve their understanding of transportation and sustainable practices in the City of Atlanta.

      Cons

      This is a small organization and there are limited opportunities for advancement. It's a great place to work but it's not easy to make a career out of it.
