Central 23 values creativity and fun while getting results, everyone's ideas are heard, and our team works so well together! We share a creative studio with Lucky Egg and Fuzzy Stars and it is such a fun and inspiring space and a talented group of people. I've learned so much because the company trusts its employees, letting us dive into new projects and solve problems as we go. Since we're a small company, we're close to management, who listen to us and always look for ways to improve. I'm never bored, always challenged, and constantly learning. The team is fantastic, and working in Soho is a great bonus.

A collaborative workspace where ideas and opinions are actively sought and respected. A really fun place to work, with a supportive and encouraging team and super friendly atmosphere. This makes it easy to share ideas, grow and learn. Amazing management - you are given trust and respect from the outset, there is expectation that you will do well, which pushes you to work hard, take pride in your work and create something you are invested in and proud of. Management are great at seeing things from another angle and encouraging you to grow, they pick you up when you're feeling deflated and push you to be your best! I create my best work here, because I am treated like a key player in creating something awesome.
