      - change management seems to be a struggle - internal communication - not ideal for anyone that wants to work in a fast-moving company/industry (banking in general)

      Very slow timeframes for changes or deadlines so not stressful.

      Cons

      Management wasting money on contractors and having to get employees to fix all the work. Very high turnover.
