CentraForce has some of the most capable yet humble people you'll ever meet. They work fast but with focus to turn out great projects for clients. They have solid benefits for a small company and work to ensure a good work/life balance. For example, when you go on vacation, they don't hound you with 50 emails about something that clearly could have waited until you returned. Opportunity to work remotely or from home full time. Really great for those with kids or desiring more flexibility. Product is interesting, constantly updating and improving They value education and you'll be asked to learn about different aspects of the business or industry you work in You get a lot of control to steer your own ship. If you want to try a new idea, management will stand behind you and give you the opportunity to take risks and try new things.
Cons
Since everyone is fairly decentralized it can be hard to gather key teams together to work on internal or external projects (a negative of the flexibility!) Sometimes people can get stuck on "this is the way we've always done it" thinking but if you back your case up with data, you're more likely to shift people's perceptions
