      Experienced people at the firm so you can learn from them.

      Cons

      No leadership model leading to one person doing many roles and the pay is extremely low. The partner doesn't treat employees with respect.

      Pros

      - Free & flexible with a big portion of self leadership and accountability - nice office - friendly and smart colleagues - interesting assignments with a steep development curve

      Cons

      A lot of work when you also sometimes are expected to contribute in internal work besides your assignment Not a good parental leave policy/payment but I think they’ve adjusted it
