Pros

-pay was grandfathered in after they bought out my company -benefits transferred over -pet insurance

Cons

-new management was rigid and did not listen to employee suggestions on how to improve work/life quality. Their reasoning was "we already have a system in place that works" which it obviously did not. -Employees such as the BT's did not have access to the parent agreements signed so we could hold parents accountable for company policies regarding cancellations and other things -high turnover of admin staff, hard to figure out who to go to with what problem. -No admin ever answered emails unless we cc'd all supervisors, which led us to believe they would ignore everyone if they could. -HR could not keep track of employee documents, threatened "corrective action" for not meeting deadlines for paperwork you had already sent in. - You either worked 50+ hours a week or 15. There was no inbetween. - Scheduling did not take commute into account when placing staff with clients. They would put you on a kid that was an hour plus away from your house. -Constant emails asking people to maximize availability due to high staff turnover.
