You either are, or are not made for this job. It’s very fulfilling being part of the development process for a child and bonding with their family, schedule if flexible and company promotes employees to pursue higher education and provides recourses.
Cons
There are not enough bcba associates to manage client cases, this is a detriment to child development and employee satisfaction, an overwhelmed bcba cannot assist a bt that requires additional support with an already overflowing plate, this trickle down effect impacts all participants, bcba, bt, client, family. Consistency is important for growth, with more recourses offered to primary parties there will be a huge improvement which is vital.
