Pros

Flexibility and competitive pay. If you are looking for a place of employment that is flexible due to other responsibilities like school, parenting, other work, etc. this may be a good fit for you. I would advise that you have previous experience managing yourself.

Cons

Where do I begin? The management and supervision is poor, favoritism and a lack of organization in this company. The training process is horrible and they have zero disciplinary action for employees that due to favoritism. Teams do not communicate or work collectively. There is no transparency.
