Pros
The clinical staff are hardworking and tirelessly work to help the clients they are assigned. The clinical staff understand what the clients need and make them their priority.
Cons
This company is focused on their profit margin rather than ethical guidelines and quality services. The clinical staff is over-worked and constantly asking for assistance with smaller caseloads to provide quality services to their clients. The executive team claims to have listened to their suggestions and consider options, instead they move the Program Supervisor role to HOURLY! The executive team clearly does not care about their clinical team or their clients, but more their bottom line. There is no way with the calculations given to the Program Supervisors that they will make their same salaries they were receiving unless they work several hours overtime and do around 11-25 direct hours per month. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, the company continues to accept assessments for new clients but cannot currently staff the clients they already have. They boast about have 1000 clients and are continuing to grow, but are they in fact helping the families they serve or do they see the families as $$$? Clinician are leaving every day due to workloads, so beware if you decide to join this team. There is no life/work balance. CSD's slogan is "we get it," the real question is do they get it? or do they even care?
