      The company is outstanding. There are many opportunities to grow within the company and the people are positive and supportive

      Cons

      -The initial training felt rushed; however, there is ongoing training every month (which I never got an email about, I had to ask) - The program supervisors have large case loads and sometimes it feels like you're left to do a lot on your own or don't have enough guidance on what to do next.
